Each item is carefully prepared by hand within our showrooms. To protect your purchase and maintain the element of surprise, we use plain, unbranded external packaging for guaranteed discretion upon delivery.
Inside, your piece is beautifully presented in a Fulton’s Lakes Jewellery Box, with complimentary luxury gift wrapping available.
We strive to ensure your exquisite order is dispatched with the utmost speed, efficiency, and discretion.
Most orders are dispatched via Royal Mail Special Delivery, our preferred carrier for valuable items. This is a fully insured, next-business-day service that guarantees security. For your protection and peace of mind, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.
For orders under £100, a fixed rate delivery charge of £9.85 applies.
Delivery timelines are dependent on the immediate availability of your chosen piece. While we aim for swift dispatch, some items may require additional care, such as resizing or being specially handcrafted to order. In these instances, delivery may take up to 21 days. We will always contact you personally with an updated, accurate delivery estimate should any custom work be required.
Once your beautiful piece has been carefully packaged and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. This notification will include your tracking number, allowing you to monitor your delivery progress every step of the way.
For your convenience, we offer a complimentary Click and Collect service at our Fultons Lakes Jewellery showrooms, located in Keswick, Cumbria.
You will receive a personal notification once your item has been prepared and is ready for collection.
